A:To prolong the life of your jewelry we
recommend taking your jewelry off before
going swimming. If your jewelry has been
submerged under chlorine or salt water, rinse.
Q: Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
A: Unfortunately you can't cancel your order
once it has been placed. Please make sure you
are certain before placing an order.
Q: What is your jewelry made out of?
A: Our jewelry is made from either Stainless
steel or 18k Gold.
Q:Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
A: Our jewelry is water-resistant, however I do
recommend taking your jewelry off before
showering to prolong the life of your pieces
O: How long does the jewelry last?
A Jewelry with the best care may last more than 6-24 months. If
jewelry is marked with a stainless steel base, it lasts 2-4 years
without tarnishing. For the best care of your jewelry, remove
jewelry when sweating/ wearing perfumes/ lotions. If your items do
turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each
person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not
our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance.
